Middle Enterprise Implementation Specialist

About Slang AI

Slang AI is redefining customer engagement through conversational AI, making every interaction seamless and efficient. Our mission is to transform the restaurant industry by providing the ultimate voice AI solution for consistently outstanding customer experiences.

At Slang AI, we believe how we build matters just as much as what we build. We foster a culture rooted in hospitality, ownership, and clarity, where every “Slangsta” feels valued, supported, and connected to the broader impact of our work in the AI-powered future of restaurants.

What Your Experience Will Be

As an Enterprise Implementation Project Manager at Slang, you will own the execution and customer experience of our most complex implementations, pilots, and multi-location rollouts. You will serve as a trusted project leader for Enterprise customers, creating structure from complexity and ensuring every stakeholder, milestone, dependency, risk, and decision is clearly managed from pilot through successful deployment.

You will lead cross functional implementation programs involving customer executives, operators, and location-level teams while coordinating closely with Slang’s Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical, and Support teams. You will build and manage detailed project plans, establish governance and communication cadences, proactively surface risks, drive accountability, and ensure implementations move forward without sacrificing quality or customer experience.

This role combines rigorous project management with Slang’s hospitality mindset. You will anticipate customer needs, obsess over details, and make complex implementations feel organized and easy for the customer. You will also help strengthen and scale Slang’s Enterprise implementation function by identifying patterns, improving processes, and building repeatable ways of working as the business grows.

This role is remote and may require occasional travel for customer engagements and company offsites.

Why You Belong Here and How You Will Grow

At Slang, being a good host means showing care, ownership, and pride in the experience you create. We build trust through consistency, humility, and follow through. Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in shared success.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead increasingly complex Enterprise programs, deepen your project and stakeholder management expertise, and help shape how Slang delivers Enterprise implementations at scale. You will work across functions and with senior customer stakeholders while helping build the systems and standards that define an exceptional Enterprise customer experience.

• Build for Scale: Identify patterns across Enterprise implementations and improve processes, documentation, tools, and operating standards to make future implementations more consistent and scalable.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in implementation, project or program management, customer success, professional services, or another customer-facing role managing complex customer programs.
• Enterprise Project Management: Demonstrated experience owning complex implementations, deployments, or multi-workstream customer projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, milestones, and deadlines.
• Executive Presence: Clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication with the ability to lead conversations with senior customer and internal stakeholders.
• Hospitality Mindset: Genuine service orientation and a desire to anticipate customer needs, make their experience easier, and deliver an experience that feels personal and thoughtfully managed.
• Cross Functional Leadership: Ability to influence, create accountability, and drive action across teams without formal authority.
• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in an evolving environment where every process may not yet be defined, with the judgment to execute effectively while helping create better structure.
• Builder Mentality: Ability to identify patterns, improve processes, and turn lessons from individual implementations into scalable ways of working.
