Global B2B Digital Sales Lead (m/f/d)

Plenty of companies talk about going digital. We are doing it.

You shape and own the new digital B2B funnel, AI-ready, across our entire B2B sales channel. Our B2B portfolio is diverse, and so are the challenges. On one end: one-person businesses that register, manage and grow with SIXT completely in self-service, supported by AI. On the other end: global players with a dedicated human contact who gets full transparency and the best tools to serve the customer perfectly. And everything in between. You drive it from the vision to the execution.

You work with a global product team across Munich (HQ), Lisbon, Berlin, Rostock and India, and with 15 dedicated sales engineers who build tailor-made products for our sales organisation.

We are not a startup and we do not pretend to be. That is your advantage: when you make a call, real engineering power turns it into a product, at scale, behind a globally recognised brand and with a global customer base. Hierarchies are still flat, and ownership goes to whoever grabs it: the best argument wins, not the biggest title. From your first day you work with the full range of AI tools and agents we run, with all the freedom to push us further.

If you want to turn a vision into a product that sales colleagues and customers use every day, this is your team.

YOURS TO OWN

• You build the digital funnel. You design the customer-facing journeys and the internal processes behind them, AI-ready from the start.

• You cover the full spectrum of B2B customers. From the small business to the global player, you find the right digital solution for each.

• You decide what gets built, hold the quality bar, and own the result. Roadmap, priorities and what we stop. Your expertise sets the line, backed by analytical business cases.

• You turn opportunity into revenue. Acquisition, implementation, activation and retention: you find the leak, create the vision, run the test, read the result and scale what works.

• You work AI first. Agents, automation and LLM-powered features are your default toolkit, in your own daily work and in the products you shape.

• You speak both languages, business and tech. You define requirements, challenge solution designs and drive delivery from concept to launch with product owners and engineers across several locations, including our dedicated sales engineers. You stay on it after go-live.

• You carry the story to the top. Performance reporting and alignment with senior management and global sales leaders. You bring a recommendation and a clear ask, every time.

• You influence senior stakeholders and align people who do not report to you. You act as a buddy for other PMs and help raise the bar for how we use data, AI and engineering.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• B2B Digital Sales Expertise You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience running B2B eCommerce or digital sales channels with direct revenue responsibility, ideally in SaaS, telecommunications, travel or a marketplace.

• Expertise You are a specialist with a track record in digital sales performance, conversion and funnel optimisation, and people seek out your opinion.

• Revenue Growth Mindset You have scaled digital sales through optimisation and automation, and you can show the numbers.

• Ownership & Execution You are self-driven and hands-on. You set your own priorities, push initiatives through a global organisation and finish what you start

• Technical, Analytical & AI Strength You are strong in data analysis and know the eCommerce ecosystem (CRM, web analytics and related tools). You understand architectures, APIs and data flows well enough to challenge a solution design, and you translate business needs into clear requirements for engineers. You use AI tools daily and want to build them into the business.

• Stakeholder & Communication Skills You convince senior leadership with clarity and numbers, you align people who do not report to you and you are fluent in English. German is a plus.
