Already trusted by Fortune 50 employers, major health systems, and national manufacturers, the platform is expanding access to preventative care for hundreds of thousands of Americans.

Role and Responsibilities: 

We’re hiring one of the founding engineers to help build and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven healthcare platform. You’ll have real ownership from day one, with a clear path to leading engineering as the company grows.

You’ll influence architecture, technical direction, and engineering culture - while working on technology that measurably improves patient outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience with TypeScript and AWS, including infrastructure and architectural decision-making
• Proven experience building and scaling backend systems for real-time or AI-enabled applications
• Deep understanding of API design and developer-facing platforms
• Experience optimizing data pipelines and system performance at scale
• Strong fundamentals in security, reliability, and fault-tolerant system design
• Product-focused: You think deeply about user impact
• Ownership-driven: You want responsibility, not hand-holding
• Clear communicator: You can challenge ideas and collaborate effectively
• Bias to action: You move fast and ship often
