The company:
A global life sciences company rolling out manufacturing execution systems (MES) across its manufacturing operations.

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead agile ceremonies, coach teams, remove blockers, manage dependencies and track delivery performance. Support testing, release planning and site readiness, working closely with technical teams and manufacturing stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
3–5 years’ Scrum Master experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or GMP-regulated environments. Knowledge of manufacturing systems and proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps. SAFe experience and Scrum certification are desirable. Candidates must be based in Latin America.
