Engineering Manager - Team Assure

Since 2007, Signicat has been steadily growing organically and through strategic acquisitions, which led us to become a pioneering Pan-European Digital Identity Service Provider (DISP). We support 170+ data sources to identify businesses and individuals – from national eIDs, ID-document scanning, and biometric verification to data sources for AML and KYC checks, all accessible through a single integration point.

The Role

As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you will combine Java programming with engineering and technical leadership for one of our teams working in the domain of Identity Proofing. You will be responsible for growing and supporting the team, driving delivery, prioritizing the roadmap and backlog together with the Product Owner and other stakeholders, and balancing new capabilities with reliability, operational excellence, and technical debt.
The team is currently working on Signicat's next-generation offering for Identity Proofing by orchestrating several means available in the Signicat portfolio, such as NFC chip reading and live video identifications, in order to satisfy the highest compliance requirements in the market for financial services and similar.
