Short Summary:
As a Compensation Analyst, you'll help shape programs that support a rewarding employee experience while ensuring our compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business needs. This role offers the opportunity to blend analytics, market intelligence, and strategic partnership.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, support, and administer compensation programs, including base pay, short-term and long-term incentive programs, spot bonus programs, commission plans, and equity programs.
- Develop and maintain pay structures, salary grades, and compensation guidelines.
- Partner with leaders and HR teams to provide guidance on compensation-related decisions.
- Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark analyses.
- Evaluate positions to support consistent job leveling and compensation alignment.

Requirement:
- 4–7 years of related compensation, HR, or analytical experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience analyzing compensation data and translating insights into recommendations.
- Knowledge of compensation programs, practices, and market trends.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
