We are looking for a Project Manager in Technical Writing to coordinate Customer Product Information (CPI) delivery in the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will oversee documentation planning and delivery across multiple teams, ensuring that all deliverables meet release deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Key tasks:

• Plan and coordinate CPI delivery, ensuring the required documentation is aligned with product features and release schedules.
• Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Coordinate Technical Writers and align their activities with project requirements.
• Gather technical input from developers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Collaborate with Product Management and Program Management to align documentation deliverables with product and release plans.
• Manage stakeholders, facilitate communication, and proactively address risks and issues.
• Ensure documentation quality and support change management activities.
• Prepare status reports, track KPIs, and report delivery progress to the customer.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Project Coordinator, with proven experience coordinating cross-team projects, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• 1+ year of experience in Technical Writing.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with documentation and project management tools such as DITA, Confluence, and Jira.

Preferred additional skills, personal traits and experience

• Familiarity with telecommunications, particularly the fundamentals of 4G and 5G Core architecture.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as SAFe and Scrum.
• Understanding of release management processes.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
