Short Summary:
Sigma Defense is seeking a SOCEUR LNO to support the Office of the Secretary of War for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict. This role involves delivering operationally relevant capabilities to forward Special Operation Force elements and ensuring requirements are accurately captured and integrated into the development pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operations and integrate requirements.
- Advise leadership on operational dynamics and technology employment constraints.
- Maintain persistent coordination with Special Operations Command Europe and deployed elements.
- Identify and validate problems suitable for Rapid Research & Development.
- Facilitate participation in studies, prototype testing, and capability development events.
- Provide weekly situational reports and operational insights to leadership.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of prior service experience in Special Operations.
- TS/SCI or Top-Secret eligible.
- Ability to translate operational problems into structured RDT&E efforts.
- Strong network across U.S. and Allied Special Operations Forces.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
