Choose the best place for your work –Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility?Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You develop and design interfaces and simulation environments that enable seamless interoperability between medical devices.
You design and implement software solutions that efficiently support testing, validation, and integration workflows with partners.
You ensure built-in quality, security, and observability in distributed systems.
You assist in root cause analysis in complex environments.

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in software development and hands on experience with containerized applications.
You routinely use AI-powered development tools in your daily work and are familiar with agentic development.
You have comprehensive knowledge of C#, .NET & C++, as well as practical experience with Angular.
You have knowledge of medical communication standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and are familiar with OpenAPI and REST.
Ideally, you are familiar with regulated development environments and have experience with real-time systems.
You have a strong background in software engineering (clean code, design patterns, testing).

You communicate complex technical content clearly and translate it into clear, practical documentation.
You are confident in an international environment thanks to your fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
