Short Summary:
Join Siemens Healthineers as an Intern to support Training Management & Learning Development. This role offers a flexible environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of global training activities (virtual & on-site)
- Contribute to the creation and revision of training materials in German and English (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, videos, digital learning formats)
- Support the administration of the Learning Management System (e.g. course uploads, reporting, training assignments)
- Gain insights into innovative learning methods and modern Learning & Development concepts
Requirement:
- Currently enrolled student in any field, ideally business psychology, psychology, learning or instructional design, media pedagogy, or a comparable field
- Interest in learning, didactics, and training management
- Confident with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Good English skills; German is a plus
- Able to complete ~5-month internship (~750h)
