About the Role
- Strengthen the control environment supporting Siemens Energy's digital and technology landscape
- Lead assurance activities across IT general controls, cybersecurity, access management, and segregation of duties
- Partner with Digital, IT, Cybersecurity, and Data teams to manage technology-related risks
- Drive the adoption of automated controls, continuous monitoring, and data-driven assurance approaches
- Support major ERP, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives through effective risk and control design
- Identify opportunities to improve security, resilience, and compliance across critical systems
- Enable innovation while maintaining a robust and scalable technology control framework
- Foster a proactive approach to technology risk management and digital trust
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT Controls, Cybersecurity, Digital Risk, IT Audit, Internal Controls, or Technology Assurance
- Strong knowledge of ITGCs, cybersecurity frameworks, ERP systems, SoD, and access management
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP, cloud, or digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with data analytics, continuous monitoring, and automated control environments
- Ability to translate complex technical risks into practical business solutions as well as strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Fluent English is required
