This is how you'll win us over

Education:

You have completed with excellent results a Master's, Diploma or PhD degree in the following or similar study fields

• Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Digital Transformation
• Automation- / Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic with a Business focus
• Digital Business

Experience and skills:

• You have at least four months of international experience (e.g., through studies, an internship, or similar)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across all levels
• Significant practical work experience gained through internships, working student positions, or similar roles
• Motivation to analyze customer needs and market requirements
• Basic understanding of electric drive systems, automation technology and embedded systems
• Interest in digitalization of industrial products as well as future firmware and software solutions for industrial drive systems
• Knowledge in product management for technical products or industrial automation is an advantage

Ways of Working:

• Flexibility, mobility, and the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks are among your strengths

Language:

• Fluency in English, good German knowledge is a plus
