Short Summary:
We are looking for a Content Production & Social Media Manager (f/m/d) who combines a strong visual eye with the strategic foresight to shape Peter Körte’s online presence in the right channels and format. This is a hands-on role combining visual production, channel development, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Edit images and videos, build a rolling editorial plan, improve existing channels, and explore new touchpoints.
- Translate Peter Körte’s overall positioning into a practical digital channel approach across LinkedIn, blogs, online media platforms, and other relevant touchpoints.
- Create and edit platform-native visual content, from images and carousels to short videos and simple animations.
- Capture lightweight photo and video content around events, visits, and interviews.
- Manage day-to-day publishing, profiles, tagging, quality checks, and community engagement.
- Monitor channel performance, define useful KPIs, and turn insights into tests and practical improvements.
- Scout and assess new platforms and publishing opportunities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a comparable field.
- Early professional experience in digital communications or social media.
- Hands-on production skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva.
- Strong editorial planning skills and an analytical mindset.
- Business-fluency in English; German is a plus.
