Short Summary:
Siege Media is a growing and remote-first GEO agency, recognized on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list and Inc. 5000 list. We are looking for a talented SEO/GEO Team Lead to manage client relationships and strategies from end to end.

Responsibilities:
- Own clients end to end: build their SEO/GEO strategy, execute deliverables, and lead client calls.
- Ideate SEO/GEO roadmaps based on client KPIs, competitor analysis, and site audits.
- Suggest and implement SEO/GEO best practices across various industries.
- Audit and optimize high-value product, service, and landing pages.
- Read and interpret site code to identify technical SEO/GEO issues.
- Build clear checklists for SEO/GEO deliverables.
- Coordinate and oversee SEO/GEO content creation.
- Run weekly performance analyses and compile client reports.
- Create presentations that drive recommendations.
- Stay updated on SEO/GEO industry changes.

Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in an SEO/GEO role.
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Technical background with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep experience with eCommerce, Fintech, and SaaS clients.
- Ability to analyze data and make impactful recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and project management abilities.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
