Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated Back-End Developer with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, which will be joining a dynamic team. A strong developer with some practical experience, and the drive and enthusiasm to succeed in a demanding and professional team environment.

We are looking for someone who can plan, build and maintain a high-performance & scalable platform. Develop elegant solutions using open-source tools.

The Back-end Developer will proactively look for ways to make the system better.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering- a big advantage
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MySQL
• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes (K8s)- an advantage
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo CD)- an advantage
• Experience with message queues (SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ)- an advantage
• Experience implementing production-grade agentic AI and LLM APIs- an advantage
• Experience with in-memory databases (Redis/ElastiCache)- an advantage
• Experience with columnar databases (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks)- an advantage
• Experience working with large volumes of data and high traffic
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
