What you will do. A glimpse in your role:

As Customer Success Manager, you are the point of contact for our customers in Germany. You will manage your own portfolio and ensure that customers gain maximum benefit from our digital solutions. By building strong relationships, driving product adoption, and providing training, you help customers achieve their goals. Your role is essential to customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio
• Drive product adoption and usage through onboarding, training and ongoing support
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Support) to ensure seamless customer experience
• Document and manage all customer interactions (calls, training, etc.)
• Support projects and campaigns to increase the usage of our digital solution
• Provide consultative support and identify opportunities for further development within existing accounts

• Fluent in spoken and written German
• Good spoken and written English
• Experience in Customer Success Management or B2B Telesales is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude
• problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Willingness to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
