Short Summary:
Shift delivers AI agents that transform insurers' most critical work, providing proven results that have earned the trust of leading insurers. The Data Science team works on fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and claim automation, utilizing various data types.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up and deploying data processing pipelines, including data reception, cleaning, information extraction, and calibration of fraud detection models.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and incorporating feedback to enhance solutions.
- Conducting R&D to drive product innovation in machine learning, NLP, image analysis, and more.

Requirement:
- Recent graduate or final year student in Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
- Experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) and ability to write production quality code.
- Understanding of statistics and machine learning problems.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Full-time, on-site commitment for six months, starting in January or February 2027.
