Director, Quality Engineering and Automation -Information technology
ServiceLink is seeking an experienced Director of Quality Engineering and Automation to lead our quality engineering transformation. This leader will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise quality strategy, modernizing test automation capabilities, establishing quality governance standards, and driving engineering-wide quality improvements.
This role is not a traditional QA management position focused solely on test execution. The Director will serve as the organization’s quality engineering leader, responsible for building scalable automation capabilities, establishing meaningful quality metrics, and influencing software quality outcomes across Engineering, Product, and Release organizations.
The ideal candidate combines deep quality engineering expertise with strong organizational leadership, executive communication skills, and a proven ability to drive meaningful change in highly matrixed environments. Success in this role requires the ability to influence decisions through data, credibility, partnership, and quality leadership rather than direct organizational authority.
ServiceLink is modernizing the mortgage services industry through AI-accelerated engineering, intelligent automation, and next-generation software delivery practices. We empower the nation’s top lenders and financial institutions with advanced technology, data-driven insights, and high-velocity product development models.
As we continue to scale our technology platforms, we are investing in a modern Quality Engineering organization focused on automation, quality governance, engineering excellence, and continuous delivery. Our goal is to transform quality from a downstream testing activity into an engineering capability embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
This is a hybrid role, and will be required to work in-office at our Plano, TX office at least 3 days per week. Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of this office and be willing to work in-office on a regular basis.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
