About the Opportunity

• Join a well-established New Zealand organisation supporting a large and diverse user base.

• Provide Level 1 technical support across connectivity, hardware, access and day-to-day IT issues.

• Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, email and service management systems.

• Log, track and escalate incidents accurately while keeping users informed throughout.

• Contribute to service desk documentation, processes and knowledge articles.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of Level 1 Service Desk or IT support experience in a commercial environment.

• Confident troubleshooting skills across laptops, printers, mobile devices and network access.

• Experience managing password resets, user access and common technical requests.

• Clear, professional communication and a patient, customer-focused approach.

• Reliability, consistency and a positive team mindset in a high-volume environment.
