What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.
As a Sr. Manager, AI & Technology Program Management, you will be tasked with owning and operationalizing a portfolio of SentinelOne's most important frontier AI alliance relationships. Building on established product integrations, you will deepen these relationships, unlock new monetization opportunities, and position SentinelOne as a strategic security partner to the world's leading frontier AI labs and model providers. Reporting to the VP, AI & Technology Partnerships, you will take our frontier AI partnership strategy from documented vision to active execution, getting it in front of the right people at the right levels inside some of the world's most influential AI companies and turning strong technical partnerships into powerful commercial ones.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Serve as the operational partner to AI and Technology Partnership leadership, owning day-to-day program coordination, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment across the full portfolio of AI and technology partnership initiatives.
- Build and maintain the program management operating system for the partnerships organization - project plans, work breakdown structures, RACI frameworks, dependency maps, and a status reporting cadence that gives leadership real-time visibility into every active initiative.
- Own the strategic operating calendar, including joint planning sessions, partner QBRs, executive briefings, and internal alignment meetings. Drive agendas, pre-reads, decision logs, and action-item follow-through so every interaction is prepared, purposeful, and closed out with precision.
- Maintain a forward-looking visibility framework that tracks key milestones, deliverables, and relationship touchpoints across the partner portfolio, surfacing risks, blockers, and dependencies 30 to 60 days ahead of impact.
- Coordinate joint integration delivery with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing - tracking scope, technical dependencies, launch readiness criteria, and go-live timelines from kickoff through general availability.
- Drive the development of partner enablement materials, co-marketing assets, and joint solution narratives, translating high-level partnership strategy into execution-ready tools that field teams and partner organizations can act on immediately.
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure partnership commitments are met on schedule and internal stakeholders remain aligned and informed throughout the program lifecycle.
- Define and report program health metrics milestone attainment, integration delivery timelines, partner engagement cadence, enablement adoption and translate them into concise, executive-ready updates.
- Build the institutional knowledge base and operational infrastructure for the partnerships function: documenting processes, capturing relationship history, standardizing program frameworks, and developing the repeatable playbooks that allow this organization to scale globally.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, partner or alliance operations, or business operations within a high-growth technology company or comparably fast-moving, mission-driven organization.
- Demonstrated command of program and project management methodology: work breakdown structures, milestone planning, risk and dependency tracking, RACI frameworks, and structured status reporting, with hands-on experience in tools such as SFDC, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority programs simultaneously across diverse stakeholder groups, maintaining clarity and momentum without losing attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and commercial topics into clear, concise executive-ready narratives, partner-facing materials, and internal alignment documents.
- Demonstrated ability to operate proactively: anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and initiating action before being asked, particularly in ambiguous or greenfield environments where structure must be built from first principles.
- Comfort operating in a technical environment, with enough fluency to hold a credible conversation with product and engineering teams about integration scope, dependencies, and delivery readiness. A hands-on engineering background is not required.
- Experience coordinating with external parties such as technology partners, ISVs, vendors, or alliance organizations, including managing joint timelines and shared deliverables across company boundaries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including the commercial and product partnership landscapes of frontier model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google DeepMind.
- Working knowledge of the cybersecurity, XDR, cloud, or data infrastructure markets.
- Experience operating in or alongside regulated industries, government and defense environments, or mission-critical technical ecosystems.
- Formal program management credentials (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum) or equivalent applied training.
- Working familiarity with Salesforce, PRM platforms, or partner reporting and analytics tooling.
- Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to have fun, learn, and make an impact.
