🔵5+ years of commercial software development, with Python as your main language.
🔵Experience designing complex, reusable architecture.
🔵Deep use of AI in everyday engineering: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, agents, MCP. Not only for generating tests.
🔵Ownership and initiative: you propose ideas and see them through.
🔵Nice to have: Go, and an understanding of React, Swift or Kotlin and how clients and backend work together.
Stack: Python 3, Django, FastAPI, FastMCP, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, pytest, GitHub Actions.
