Graham Grantham APPLY NOW BACK TO VACANCIES Senior Programme Manager - QA / Testing Transformation Location: London Contract: Contract Rate: £550+ per day Sector: Banking / Financial Services We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager with a strong background in QA, Software Testing and Quality Engineering to lead complex technology programmes within a major Financial Services environment. This role would suit someone who has progressed from a Testing / QA leadership background into senior Programme Management , giving them both the technical understanding of quality engineering and the leadership skills required to deliver complex, business-critical programmes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology, QA and testing programmes across complex enterprise environments
• Take ownership of programme strategy, governance, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies
• Lead multiple testing, engineering, technology and business workstreams
• Drive improvements across QA, Quality Engineering, test automation and testing transformation
• Manage relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers and technology partners
• Ensure programmes achieve agreed delivery, quality and commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Programme Manager / Programme Director within complex technology environments
• Strong previous background within QA, Software Testing, Test Management or Quality Engineering
• Experience delivering large-scale testing, technology or digital transformation programmes
• Strong Banking / Financial Services experience
• Understanding of modern testing approaches, automation and Quality Engineering
• Strong programme governance, commercial management and stakeholder leadership capabilities
• Comfortable operating across large, complex organisations with multiple delivery teams and suppliers
