Senior Product Designer

Mira (@mira) is a personal AI agent that acts from your messenger. The agent works inside Telegram across personal and group chats with zero setup, helping users get things done, including scheduling meetings, summarizing discussions, creating content, and coordinating plans, directly within one of the world's largest messaging platforms.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own Mira’s product experience end-to-end and help it grow. You’ll improve the existing product, shape new experiences, and turn powerful AI capabilities into something people can easily understand and use.

You’ll work across teams, bring your own ideas, and take them through to release. We’re looking for someone with strong craft, clear judgment, and the independence to spot what needs work and move it forward.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design of Mira end-to-end across product interfaces and chat.

• Design landing pages and the visual story around the product. Turn abstract AI capabilities into clear, compelling use cases.

• Shape the user journey, both in the app and through chat-bot messages.

• Ground design decisions in product data, user research, and competitor research.

• Work directly with cross-functional teams to take ideas from exploration and prototyping to release.

Requirements:

• Experience leading design on a large-scale B2C product, with shipped work and measurable impact on metrics.

• A portfolio with diverse cases, including product interfaces and landing pages, and your own point of view on what good design is.

• Experience working directly with product, engineering, and analytics.

• The ability to own design independently, set direction, and drive work end-to-end without micromanagement.

• Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools, and practical use of AI in your workflow.

Nice to have:

• Background in AI / agent products, conversational interfaces, or chat-based apps.

• Experience with Telegram Mini Apps or bots, or a feel for messaging-surface constraints.

• Experience designing for trust, privacy, and user control as part of the UX.
