Short Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, implementation, support, and optimization of technical solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion technical solutions across enterprise programs.
- Develop technical solutions supporting Oracle Fusion applications including ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, Procurement, and Financials.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Prepare and review technical design documents, interface specifications, and deployment plans.
- Design and develop Oracle Fusion technical components including BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, SQL-based extracts, and workflow configurations.
- Support integration between Oracle Fusion applications and external systems using REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations.
- Support data migration activities including extraction, transformation, loading, and validation.
- Lead unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and production deployment activities for technical deliverables.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, report executions, and provide L2/L3 technical support for production incidents.
- Engage with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- Oracle Fusion technical certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- 8–12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion technical development, reporting, integrations, or support.
- Proven experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion technical architecture, reporting, integrations, and data migration.
