💥 We're hiring a Senior ML / AI Engineer in Limassol, Cyprus
💡 What you'll do:
• Own AI features from concept to production, integrating LLMs and custom models.
• Build and refine models for content moderation, recommendation, and fraud detection.
• Evaluate and decide on build vs. buy for model solutions based on data and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers to align goals and deliver impactful features.
🎯 What we expect:
• 5+ years of engineering experience with LLMs and custom model training.
• Hands-on skills in Python and PyTorch; experience with production ML systems.
• Ability to navigate the trade-offs in model serving — latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on real production challenges.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
⭐ Nice to have:
• Experience with live video/audio inference and content moderation.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and real-time data processing.
