We’re looking for a Senior Game Producer with strong iGaming / casino games experience to own the full game lifecycle — from concept and product vision to release and post-launch analysis.
You’ll have a high level of autonomy and direct influence on our game portfolio.
🔹 What you’ll do
• Create concepts for new casino games: themes, mechanics, bonus features, gameplay, and visual direction.
• Lead games through the full cycle: concept → development → release → performance analysis.
• Define product vision, priorities, and requirements for the team.
• Work closely with Game Designers, Mathematicians, Artists, Developers, Animators, Sound Designers, and QA.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, player behavior, and game performance.
• Define the game’s USP and make key product decisions.
• Manage scope, priorities, risks, and time-to-market.
• Analyze metrics such as engagement, retention, bets, GGR, and mechanic performance.
• Contribute to the release roadmap and portfolio strategy.
🔹 What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in GameDev, with strong experience in iGaming / Real Money Gaming.
• Experience working for a casino game / slot provider as a Game Producer, Senior Game Producer, Product Owner, or similar.
• Several released slots or casino games where you had a key product role.
• Strong understanding of the online casino market and slot mechanics / mathematics: RTP, volatility, hit frequency, multipliers, free spins, jackpots, Hold & Win, etc.
• Strong product mindset and ability to balance player appeal, commercial potential, and development feasibility.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with game/product analytics.
• English sufficient for daily professional communication.
✨ Nice to have
Experience with Hold & Win, Megaways, jackpots, cluster slots, crash / instant games, regulated markets, A/B testing, and portfolio strategy.
