💡 Role:
Join a small team of senior engineers responsible for the core backend of a proprietary trading engine. You'll work on distributed backend services, low-latency infrastructure, and core trading functionality where performance and reliability are equally important.
🎯 You'll be working on:
— backend services covering order lifecycle, execution, position management, margin calculation, and risk controls
— distributed microservices with NATS
— PostgreSQL performance and latency optimization
— migration from Python to Go
— architecture, observability, and production reliability
💼 Requirements:
— 7+ years in backend development
— Go (and C/C++/Rust) + Python
— Trading or financial systems
— Distributed systems
— PostgreSQL & Redis
— English B2
