Short Summary:
As a Strategy & Operations Partner, you will drive the success of a product division by serving as a strategic, operational partner to the Product Division Leader, implementing and improving cross-functional processes and leading strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Successfully lead and execute 1-3 high-priority, divisional initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with other teams to enhance collaboration.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and represent divisional priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across the company.
- Design, implement, and scale cross-divisional product development processes.
- Partner with Product Operations leadership to standardize best practices.
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements to product processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the division’s market space and product performance.

Requirement:
- 3+ years in strategic program management, strategy consulting, or equivalent roles.
- Strong experience supporting product leadership and working cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau).
