Short Summary:
This is a full stack engineering role focused on building and evolving Seeq's data analytics platform end-to-end, serving industrial sectors like pharmaceuticals, energy, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of features across the entire stack, from frontend applications to backend services, APIs, and data layers.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to understand user needs and deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, raising the quality bar through code review and technical leadership.
- Advocate for testing, continuous integration, and clean solutions.
- Engage with customers to articulate the rationale behind features and pain points.

Requirement:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience for Staff, 10+ years for Principal roles in software development.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
- Expertise in one or more backend JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, Scala) and frontend technologies (React, TypeScript).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
