What We Are Looking For Essential Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related discipline. Solid experience in MV and LV electrical distribution systems and architectures. Strong understanding of power system design, protection, control, and energy distribution solutions. Proven experience working with infrastructure, utility, grid, industrial, or data center power systems. Comprehensive knowledge of Swedish grid requirements, regulations, grid connection processes, and applicable standards is mandatory. Ability to engage confidently with customers, consultants, utilities, and technical decision-makers. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Data Center electrical infrastructure and critical power systems. Knowledge of digital power technologies, monitoring systems, SCADA, Energy Management Systems (EMS), or IoT-enabled solutions.
