We are seeking a high-performing GTM Engineer to join our team as a strategic force multiplier for our sales and marketing engines.
In this role, you will work closely with our GTM Engineering Lead to accelerate the transition from "old school SalesOps" to a modern, AI-driven Go-To-Market infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage opportunities to automate manual workflows across Marketing and Sales using LLMs, autonomous agents, and modern API integrations.
- Work closely with the GTM Engineering Lead to translate strategic growth initiatives into functional, AI-powered internal tools.
- Design and build custom data pipelines and automations that remove friction for SDR and Marketing teams, allowing them to work smarter and move faster.
- Own the development lifecycle of internal growth tools-from building and testing to shipping and iterating on production-level solutions.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders to ensure AI deployments are scalable, secure, and measurably improve conversion rates.

- 1–2 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Technology, or Solutions Engineering within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Working knowledge of database usage and security best practices.
- Deep, hands-on experience applying AI and APIs to solve business problems.
- Fluency with modern developer and automation tools like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, or Glean.
- Ability to write prototype or production-level code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages (the specific language is less important than your problem-solving ability).
- Familiarity with modern GTM stacks, including Salesforce, Marketo, Pocus, or similar platforms.
- A self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment and takes pride in end-to-end execution.
- Exceptional ability to adapt your communication style to both technical internal teams and non-technical stakeholders.
