Short Summary:
Scout24 is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to take ownership of the Spanish General Ledger Accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and optimizing accounting processes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP (PGC)
- Analyze complex accounting matters, perform account reconciliations, and ensure high-quality financial statements
- Document finance processes and controls, develop existing closing processes, and ensure compliance
- Support the implementation and development of ERP and finance systems
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and use AI tools to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with international Finance teams and share knowledge

Requirement:
- Several years of professional experience in general ledger accounting
- Solid experience in preparing standalone financial statements under IFRS and Spanish GAAP (PGC)
- Strong understanding of group structures and experience with fast-close processes
- Proven experience in optimizing and standardizing finance processes
- Very good written and spoken Spanish and English skills, good German skills
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or comparable finance systems is an advantage
