We are an impact startup founded in 2022 with a mission to transform industries toward a climate-neutral, circular, inclusive, and fair economy. As a Digital Product Designer, you will develop the design strategy of our SaaS solution, making complex topics intuitive and action-oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Designing products and creating prototypes
- Testing usability
- Collaborating with the development team
- Maintaining and evolving the design system
- Developing corporate identity and enhancing digital presence

Requirement:
- 5+ years of UX/UI and graphic design experience for B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in Figma required
- Strong collaboration skills with developers
- Fluent in German and English
