Short Summary:
Scopely is looking for a Senior Test Platform & Reliability Engineer to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team in Ireland. The role involves building the next generation of engineering validation for the game, focusing on backend systems that serve millions of players worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Design platforms, automation, and engineering practices for performance, scalability, and reliability validation.
- Improve the ability to ship changes confidently and detect infrastructure bottlenecks early.
- Build scalable platforms for performance, load, and reliability testing.
- Create automation for production-like validation that is simple and repeatable.
- Drive technical direction for internal testing platforms and developer enablement.
- Provide technical ownership across test platform architecture, load validation capabilities, and engineering tooling.

Requirement:
- Strong software engineering background with distributed systems.
- Experience in designing or operating internal engineering platforms and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong programming or scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).
- Excellent technical communication skills and ability to influence engineering teams.
