Marketing Manager

SCOPE.GG is an analytics platform for CS2 players. We process hundreds of terabytes of match data, build advanced game analytics and create tools that help players understand their game better and improve faster.

We’re looking for a Middle/Senior Marketing Manager. You’ll have the freedom to choose channels and approaches, and we welcome any initiative that helps the product grow faster.

What you’ll do

• Drive demand with low-budget methods: guerrilla marketing, seeding, working with influencers and streamers.
• Find and test new acquisition channels and scale the ones that work.
• Grow MAU and reduce acquisition costs.
• Allocate the marketing budget (tens of thousands of dollars).
• Restructure the SMM team and build a strong workflow with our SEO specialist.
• Source contractors and influencers, negotiate, write briefs and evaluate results.
• Own analytics in GA4 and make data-driven decisions.

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, including hands-on work, not only management.
• Solid experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and analytics in general.
• Understanding of CS2 and the gaming audience. You don’t need a high rank, but you need to know the game.
• Experience working with influencers or contractors.
• Case studies of low-cost traffic and audience growth (MAU).
• Pet projects: your own channel, blog, community or side project.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, esports or skin trading platforms.
• Connections with CS2 creators and streamers.
• Experience leading a team or rebuilding processes.
