Schneider Electric’s Field Service Representatives play a crucial role in servicing equipment supporting power distribution and critical power infrastructure. They collaborate with customers and team members to perform maintenance and repairs in various environments.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Document reports and complete field service reports
- Collaborate with customers, electricians, and technical support
- Conduct preventive maintenance and field modifications
- Travel for local and countrywide customer support, including overnight travel

Requirement:
- Associate degree, trade certification, or military training preferred
- 2+ years of field service experience with UPS/power distribution
- Ability to read schematics and perform diagnostics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Strong safety practices and adherence to safety procedures (NFPA-70E/OSHA)
