Revenue Operations Specialist
We're Scan.com. We're building America's national imaging network: the infrastructure that connects patients, providers, and payers to faster, better-value diagnostic imaging. Thousands of patients move through our platform every day, and each is a real person waiting for an answer to a healthcare concern. We exist to get them that answer faster.
We manage the medical imaging pathway end-to-end. Providers order through a single point of entry, and from there, we run the entire medical diagnostic pathway. Managing the full pathway, rather than brokering pieces of it, is what lets us deliver imaging faster, at higher quality, and at a lower cost than the fragmented status quo.
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team at an exciting time. We've raised over $200m in funding to date, reached profitability, and are growing 100% year-over-year.
Millions of people wait too long for a diagnosis. Come help us fix that.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE IN THIS ROLE:
We're seeking a detail-obsessed, systems-minded Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. You'll sit at the intersection of RevOps, business operations, and systems architecture — owning the CRM infrastructure, communications tooling, and data workflows that keep our commercial organization running smoothly. You'll work closely with commercial leadership to make sure the systems behind onboarding, pipeline management, and partner communications are clean, scalable, and trustworthy.
As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in:
Administer and continuously improve our CRM: pipeline architecture, custom properties, deal object design, and workflow automation that support the broader business.
Own the health of our communications infrastructure, including SLA monitoring, call-routing logic, and shared inbox configuration.
Design and build onboarding workflows for new partners, from intake through CRM ingestion, ensuring clean data and flagging gaps early.
Support sales enablement by ensuring reps and leaders have accurate CRM data, reporting, and tools to sell effectively and move deals forward with confidence.
Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that give commercial and operations leaders a clear, real-time view of pipeline, performance, and SLA adherence.
Analyze data across our core systems to surface trends in partner behavior, inbound volume, and channel performance.
Support renewal negotiations and vendor evaluations for core RevOps tooling by modeling cost, usage, and capacity trade-offs.
Document processes and data models so that institutional knowledge scales with the team, not just with you.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Data/Engineering to close gaps between systems and real-world workflows.
Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive operational work using native tooling and AI rather than one-off scripts or point solutions.
Assist with new market launches, helping stand up the CRM structure, reporting, and communications workflows needed to bring a new region or market online.
WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:
You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth role, we believe everyone can add value, learn, and grow. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:
You have 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred) — building pipelines, custom properties, and automation workflows.
You're comfortable working across multiple systems (CRM, support/ticketing, telephony) and understand how data should flow between them.
You have a track record of building reporting and dashboards that people actually use to make decisions.
You're comfortable in spreadsheets and with structured data — cleaning, joining, and analyzing datasets to find the story in the numbers.
You default to native, low-maintenance tooling over custom infrastructure, and you'd rather fix a workflow than route around it.
You write clear documentation and can explain a technical process to a non-technical stakeholder.
You're comfortable with ambiguity, work iteratively with real data rather than waiting for a perfect staging environment, and take ownership of problems end-to-end.
AI REQUIREMENTS
At Scan.com, AI isn't a side project; it's how we work. We expect everyone to use AI to think faster, remove drudgery, and multiply their output. What we care about is judgment: knowing when AI makes you sharper, when it doesn't, and how to use it responsibly around patient data. We'll assess this in the way that matters for this role, using the tier below. You don't need to be an engineer. You need to reach for the best tool and get more done as a result.
Tier 2 — For this role, you're expected to be AI-Amplified. AI is part of your daily workflow for drafting, analysis, and research, and you know how to check its output and use it responsibly with sensitive data. (most commercial, marketing, finance, people, and G&A roles)
One assessment principle across all tiers: we're testing judgment and adaptability, not whether you've memorized today's tools. Tools change quarterly; the ability to learn and apply them is what compounds.
A VIEW ON OUR CULTURE
We're building something that matters. Every scan we speed up is a real person waiting on an answer, and that urgency runs through everything we do. We move fast, own outcomes, and take pride in our output. If you like ambiguity, working with ambitious people, and want your work to visibly move the needle, you'll feel at home here. For you to be successful at Scan.com, you must embody our values.
HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU
We keep our interview process short and sweet. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order depending on team availability:
30-minute introductory phone call with a member of our Talent Team.
If it feels like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a 45-minute video call with the hiring manager. This is a more structured interview that will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.
'Scan Standard' interview, where our panel screens for values alignment and the success factors that matter at Scan.com. You will also be assessed on your AI fluency at the stage and depth relevant to your role (see AI Requirements above).
Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, the length varies depending on how many people are involved and whether in person or via video call.
