Title: Senior Marketing Designer
Location: Tel Aviv
ScaleOps is redefining autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure. We're on a mission to free DevOps and platform engineers from manual resource management so they can focus on innovation, not tuning resources. The results: maximized performance and a reduction of cloud costs by up to 80%.
As the category leader in Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Resource Management, we're trusted by leading enterprises including Adobe, Wiz, Epic Games, Northwestern Mutual, Coinbase, DocuSign, and Fortune 100 companies to autonomously manage their most critical production environments.
Backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and other leading VCs with over $210M in funding, ScaleOps is the leading player in a massive and growing market. We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute.
What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Marketing Designer joins our design team and works across everything design touches: the website, brand, GTM and sales assets, and internal and employer branding. As ScaleOps moves from category creator to category leader in autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure management, this role helps mature the brand and build a design language that projects confidence, trust, partnership, and real expertise. Our product is deeply technical and our buyers are technical — platform engineers, DevOps, and SREs who are allergic to fluff — so the work here isn't decoration, it's translating hard technical substance into design this audience trusts.
- Design and evolve the website, from core pages to campaigns and product launches.
- Create GTM and sales assets: decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, event graphics, and social.
- Own internal and employer-branding design that supports culture and hiring.
- Research the product, category, and audience deeply enough to design with real understanding.
- Translate complex concepts across Kubernetes, cloud cost, and autonomous infrastructure into clear visual language.
- Design for credibility with an expert buyer, choosing substance and clarity over decoration.
- Partner with product marketing and engineering to get the technical story and details right.
- Help evolve the brand from early-stage toward category-leader maturity, building and extending a consistent design language — system, templates, and reusable components.
What You'll Bring
- A senior designer with real range across web, brand, and GTM work.
- AI-oriented — you use AI tools to accelerate and elevate your craft.
- Fluent in Figma, our core design system.
- Highly organized, able to run many work streams cleanly and reliably.
- A deep researcher who can absorb a technical product and audience, then translate them into design an expert buyer respects.
- Proactive by nature — you run the research on your own initiative and are always pushing to grow and advance the brand, not waiting to be told.
