Short Summary:
Join Scale AI to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer, blending program leadership, customer relationship building, and technical fluency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships from the executive to the end user
- Work alongside customers to scope agentic workflow use cases
- Lead a cross-functional project team to deliver on customer AI/ML objectives
- Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points
- Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts
Requirement:
- An active TS/SCI clearance
- 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles
- Track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
