Short Summary:
As the Chief of Staff for Scale AI’s Public Sector business unit, you will be a strategic partner to the VP, Public Sector Engineering, driving the execution of critical initiatives and optimizing the operational rhythm of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Act as an extension of the VP, Public Sector Engineering by attending key meetings and calls on the VP’s behalf.
- Run strategic planning for the business unit, including scoping business priorities and driving alignment among senior leadership.
- Own operational rhythms for the business unit, including leadership meetings and executive deliverables.
- Own all executive-level reporting that communicates progress and blockers for the business unit.
- Report to the VP, Engineering of Scale’s Public Sector business unit.

Requirement:
- A strong orientation towards outcomes and a history of being scrappy when it counts.
- An effective interpersonal style for deep technical conversations and polished executive communications.
- Proven ability to build high trust relationships across the organization.
- Experience leading small teams and managing multiple, complex work streams.
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- A deep intellectual curiosity about AI and machine learning, particularly in applications that advance national security.
