About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources; communicate between teams and stakeholders; manage risks and prioritization; ensure adherence to processes (Agile, CI/CD); and balance business goals with technical implementation. The focus is on achieving results on time, taking into account the specifics of infrastructure and automation.

Job description

• Managing resources and planning the work of one or several development teams
• Facilitating meetings, proactively motivating and challenging team members
• Ensuring adherence to processes (Agile, CI/CD) and fine-tuning them to fit the team's needs
• Monitoring team performance and tuning processes
• Project reporting

Qualifications

You have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Middle PM or above;
• Experience managing a product and/or technical team (front-end and/or back-end);
• Knowledge of modern project management methodologies and product/technical team processes;
• Strong soft skills, willingness to lead and dive into the subject matter, plus critical thinking;
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher — comfortable reading/writing technical documentation and participating in negotiations with English-speaking clients and teams.

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
