What you'll build

We are looking for a committed and passionate working student to support the Academic Partnerships - Portfolio and Programs team with the following capabilities required

• Create, maintain, and publish marketing and communication content — especially Go-To-Market (GTM) materials — targeting lecturers and students worldwide through our University Alliances Program, including research, expert alignment, and asset design.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and project management of learning content, including topic research, expert coordination, and content reviews.
• Provide operational support in daily tasks, maintain and update internal documentation, reporting, key metrics tracking, and project status updates as needed.
• Manage relationships with partners to ensure smooth and productive collaboration.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to understand audience need, analyze feedback, and target communications.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with event coordination and logistics when required (virtual and onsite).

What you bring 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Communications / Communications Design, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design   
• Computer skills / Programming languages: Advanced PowerPoint skills and secure knowledge of further MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc)  
• Language skills: English fluent (written and verbal), German fluent (written and verbal)
• Soft skills: 
  o    Motivated, self-driven, and proactive team player with strong knowledge on design, communications and project management 
  o    Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for help
  o    Expert in consistently delivering high-quality work and balancing multiple tasks based on priority to ensure deadlines are met 
• Other important skills/experience: 
  o    Strong design, writing, and visual storytelling skills 
  o    Genuine interest in AI, software and technology
• Working from Walldorf office is required

As part of the Academic Partnerships - Portfolio & Programs team, you will help develop and evolve SAP’s teaching portfolio for universities and schools worldwide. The team oversees the entire value chain – from the decision to create or enhance a teaching offering, through the design to integration into the SAP University Alliances program (for universities) or the SAP Young Thinkers program (for schools), all the way to market incubation.
