What you´ll build
- Support operational tasks and activities
- Active support of daily work tasks in the team
- Redesign existing assets, e.g. Org Unit presentations, templates, On-/offboarding processes and—to improve clarity, usability of our content – bringing them to the next level
This includes UX design and testing, Business process validation - Drive SAP knowledge transfer and communication, e.g. writing blog posts, how-to guidelines and internal update sharing
- Organize and manage Events within our organization
- Synthetize complex ideas in simple stories
- Organize and manage Events within our organization
- Facilitate Projects within our Product Expert community
- Beside the above tasks we offer deep learning options of existing SAP End to end business solutions together with our experts and chief experts for students who are willing to learn and want to enhance their personal profile.
What you bring
- Enrolled student (minimum 1 year of study left) at a university (Bachelor or Master)
- Preferred fields of study: international business, Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or similar but with a strong interest for IT
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in English and German skills are required
- Soft skills: Creative, outgoing personality, solution-oriented approach to problem solving, ability to work independently, proactively and in an interdisciplinary international team on multiple tasks
- Work on site and remote – St. Leon Rot office
