Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Talent Discovery

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Hybrid model: 3X at the office

Duration: 2 years

What you’ll do:

• Understand SAP business model, organization, strategy, and drivers . Articulate SAP’s value proposition and strategy in an exciting and compelling manner

Built knowledge of SAPs Recruiting Model, participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively to the full recruiting process (screening candidates, meet Hiring Managers, system management, etc). 

• Prepare and edit candidate searches and job postings in cooperation with recruiters 
• Support the Proactive Hiring for Diversity & Inclusion 
• Communicate (in writing and on the telephone) with applicants in Portuguese, English and Spanish 
• Support recruiters during university/attraction recruiting events, HR marketing initiatives 
• Work on local, regional global projects and participate in global and regional team calls 

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• University student enrolled to Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related areas with at least two years remaining until graduation. 
• Advanced English skills (written & spoken) and Spanish is a plus
• Experience with HR or Talent Acquisition/Attraction/Recruiting is a plus 
• Good skills with Microsoft Office applications and AI tools
• Good skills with LinkedIn is a plus
• Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers 
• Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and process management

Are you a passionate, inquisitive individual who wants to learn how to become a recruiter in a large, multinational, complex, and matrixed organization? Do you have exceptional networking, relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills, or have a strong desire to learn these skills? 

In this TD internship at SAP on the Go-To-Market and Corporate recruiting team you will learn alongside of a team of passionate recruiters supporting SAPs Customer Success, Customer Service and Delivery, People & Culture, Global Finance & Administration, & Office of the CEO Board Areas across the Brazil and Latin America’s.  You will also support in a project-based capacity acting as the right hand of TD leadership on topics including, headcount forecasting, demand planning, req assignment, Diversity & Inclusion, data analytics, system enhancements, and collaboration across other HR teams.
