Short Summary:
SAP Concur, market leader in integrated travel, expense, and invoice management, is looking for Software Engineering Managers to strengthen the product. The role requires an organized, positive, and user-focused individual with knowledge of the Software Development cycle and experience in Product Management.

Responsibilities:
- Work effectively with Product Managers to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.- Build high performing teams by attracting, hiring, retaining, and coaching top talent.- Guide the career development of team members, focusing on both technical and interpersonal skills.- Provide systematic and direct individual performance feedback.- Own cloud services end to end, delivering distributed systems using AWS services and best practices.- Lead delivery of AI-enabled products by translating strategy into roadmaps and ensuring production models are scalable and compliant.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end solutions from design through delivery.- Proficiency in Golang, Java, Kotlin, Typescript, and other modern programming languages.- Knowledge of secure coding practices, compliance, and open-source technologies.- DevOps mentality with an understanding of Continuous Delivery and Observability.- Good knowledge of Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and AWS primitives.- Strategic understanding of AI/ML capabilities and trade-offs.
