Short Summary:
SAP Signavio helps organizations understand, improve, and transform their business processes. We are looking for experienced Application Engineers to support our architecture transformation towards BTP and SAP HANA Cloud.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage experience with open-source technologies and large-scale data processing systems.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design, implement, and own the architecture migration strategy.
- Evaluate trade-offs between different architectural and tooling approaches.
- Work closely with Principal Architects and Lead Engineers to define long-term technical strategies.
- Build and validate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for migration solutions.
- Contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and cloud-native architectures on SAP BTP.
- Ensure high standards for system reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Follow Agile principles and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities in data processing and system design.
- Take full ownership of SQL processing workloads.

Requirement:
- Experience with Spark or similar technologies for large-scale data migration and processing.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, and experience with services like Databricks and Iceberg.
- Solid understanding of modern data processing architectures and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data transformation pipelines.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP services and cloud-native application design.
- Experience in complex migration projects or large-scale system transformations.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Interest in AI-driven development practices.
