Commercial Sales Support for SAP Business AI Platform (Internship)

What you Bring:

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Master’s / postgraduate degree
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); another language (German, French, Spanish) is a plus
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Experience in using CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and find solutions to business challenges
• Strong follow-up skills, proactive mindset and "can do" attitude
• Ability to work under pressure

What you will do:

As a member of the global Commercial Office team for SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP) you will get the opportunity to contribute to SAP’s success supporting sales engagement in EMEA, MEE, APJ, NA, LATAM, and GCN regions. Our team is closely collaborating with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the regions. The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:

• Process customer quotes for smaller opportunities and complete the required paperwork for SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP) sales
• Support BAIP sales transactions via SAP Store
• Review deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations
• Guide and advise our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
• Prepare contractual documents from template, facilitate legal language for deal specifics
• Collaborate with the field on pricing and packaging issues and trigger respective improvements
• Expedite adoption of special sales programs and promotions to maximize revenue opportunity 
• Comply with operational procedures e.g., for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements
• Act as an advisor for “SAP policies”
• Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing deals and other transactions end to end
• Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements

Working hours

• Flexibility as to the specific working hours may be required
• Working from SAP office in Jakarta 2 days a week

SAP Business AI Platform Commercial Office is a global team within SAP Customer Success organization. We provide a one-stop shop experience for all commercial questions regarding SAP Business AI Platform portfolio for all SAP sales teams. We focus on supporting and proactively driving pricing and packaging discussions on the strategic level in line with our GTM strategy. We help improve deal execution via Q2C improvements, Policy improvements and Promotions.
