What you'll build

As a Product Expert for the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solution, you will serve as a strategic domain leader driving the evolution of enterprise-grade capabilities across pricing, promotions, trade investments, and commercial planning for consumer goods companies. 

A key focus of this role is influencing product direction through strong domain leadership, customer engagement, and market insight. You will help define best practices, scalable workflows, analytics capabilities, and AI-driven innovations that support enterprise customers in optimizing commercial performance.  

You will: 

• Lead product discovery, requirement definition, and solution validation for complex RGM business scenarios 

• Act as a subject matter expert for TPM (Trade Promotion Management), trade investment, pricing, financial planning, and revenue management processes 

• Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market and customer success teams to define scalable product capabilities and prioritize strategic enhancements 

• Translate customer, partner, and market feedback into differentiated product innovations and business process improvements  

• Support and influence AI-driven and data-driven product innovation initiatives across the RGM 

• Support customer adoption, enablement, and strategic transformation initiatives globally 

• Mentor junior product specialists and contribute to domain excellence across the organization  

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience in product specialization, business analysis, solution consulting, or enterprise SaaS/product organizations 

• Deep expertise in TPM (Trade Promotion Management), trade investment, claims, settlement or other revenue growth management domains 

• Strong understanding of Consumer Products Industry and financial workflows – pricing, billing, accruals, credit memo etc. 

• Proven experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product, and go-to-market organizations 

• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills 

• Ability to influence product strategy and operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-evolving global environments 

• Analytical and strategic mindset with strong customer focus 

• Experience with AI-driven business applications and analytics platforms, or enterprise planning ecosystems preferred 

• SAP ecosystem knowledge or experience with integrated enterprise platforms is a strong advantage
