Selected candidate will attend Monterrey, Mexico office 3 days a week.

What you wil do:

• EOS Technical Expert (ETE) is responsible for technical preparation for complex critical activites for the customers, workes closely with the SDS in terms of planning of customer specific maintenance plan
• ETE is responsible for proactive safeguarding of service requests for EOS customers
• Posses a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business , goals, and challenges to offer innovative solutions and recommendations.
• Serve as a technical point for all the technical planning and preparations ffor the EOS customer landscape.
• ETE acts as the primary contact with the EOS Service Delivery specialists for the services using DMM and CSMP
• Solid hand-on experience with SAP technologies like SAP Netweaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects solutions, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Open Text, etc
• Sound knowledge of Hyperscales, networks, and virtual technologies and Products (SAP certification preferred)
• Proven ability to manage operational tasks, handle customer escalations ad drive process improvements.
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment and consistently add value to customer and the organization.
• Extensive experience in collaboration with cross-cultural teams, both international and virtual, to achieve seamless project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Development and support for roadmap, feature and bug fixes.
• Proficient in analytical and solution oriented thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Global team working 24/7 model with following sun approach.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a primary focus on SAP technology ( Basis)
• Minumum of 8 years in a technical role, with a demonstrated ability to manage a variety of SAP products running on SAP Hana/ Sybase
• Advanced technical background in Linux-based server operating systems
• Experience with AI tools would be an added advantage
• Project Management skills to efficiently handle customer projects and resolve issues would be desirable skill
