- Ensure operational excellence and manage team SLOs/SLAs.
- Partner with Product Management to execute development plans and remove roadblocks.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in the software industry with a leadership background.
- Proven track record in building and retaining high-performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of articulating vision and strategy.
- Ability to solve complex organizational problems and provide expert guidance.
